Specifically designed for those who are interested in making a lifestyle change, the guided 60+ day Keto Doctor Program will teach you how to use nutrition to maximize your health and wellness while losing weight and keeping it off. I created this program for you to benefit from the proper macronutrient profile and at the same time provide background information so you understand how to maintain and improve your health for a lifetime.

  • The initial phase is focused on resetting your body’s metabolism. We will accomplish this by eliminating highly refined carbohydrates and dangerous hydrogenated oils from your cupboards. Each day’s meals are designed for you to optimize the proper macronutrients needed to turn your body into a fat burning machine. Weekly videos will help guide and motivate you during this process. You will also have the opportunity to ask for support from me and the other members of the community through the Keto Doctor Forum.

Phase 2 – Firing Up: 15-day program | Reach a Ketogenic state | Maximize weight loss

  • Building on the Detox Phase, you will be introduced to new tricks and tips to continue your weight loss journey. I will be with you along the way to support and educate you on the process of regaining your health so diets will never again be necessary.
