Overview: A guided 60+ day program designed my myself to introduce you to the proper ketogenic lifestyle. Based on my experience working with multiple clients, I created this program to allow individuals to benefit from the proper macronutrient profile while also providing you the background information to understand how to maintain and improve your health for a lifetime.

The Keto Doctor Program is comprised of Four Phases with each day’s meal plan broken down for you. Also included are weekly videos designed to motivate and keep you focused on the week ahead.

Best of all; you will have access to the Keto Doctor Forum. Here’s your chance to interact with a doctor. In the forum I will be able to answer your questions and concerns!

Phase 1 – Detox

Intended Outcomes

Phase 1 – Detox: The initial phase is focused on resetting your body’s metabolism. We will accomplish this by eliminating highly refined carbohydrates and dangerous hydrogenated oils from your cupboards. Each day’s meals are predesignated for you to optimize the proper macronutrients needed to turn your body into a fat burning machine. You will receive weekly videos to help guide you during this process. You also will have access to the Keto Doctor Support Forum where you can ask me or other members your questions and concerns.

Phase 2 – Firing Up: Builds on the base created with the Detox Phase. In this phase you will be introduced to new tricks and tips to continue your weight loss journey.
