At this point you may be asking yourself, “why on earth would anyone ever do something as crazy as that?”
Honestly, A few years back I would have been asking myself the same question. That was until I realized the impact intermittent fasting and longer-term fasting has on cellular health, improving our immune system and regeneration of cells for a healthier you!
So, is there actual science behind this trend or is it just a bunch of quacks doing something for the effect?
